Tailor

Privacy policy

Last updated October 15, 2026

Tailor (tailor.fm) is run by Napoleon Labs LLC, a Florida company (“we”). This page says what we keep about you, why, and who else sees it. Questions or requests: [email protected].

What we keep

We do not sell your information, show ads, or use tracking or analytics scripts.

Who else sees it

To make your shows we send the parts needed for each step to these services, and only for that purpose:

We may also share information if the law requires it, or with a buyer if Napoleon Labs LLC or Tailor is sold, under this policy.

Your feed and episodes

Your feed, episode audio and transcripts are at long, unlisted web addresses so podcast apps can play them without signing in. We do not publish or list them, but anyone you give the address to can listen.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived one with your time zone while you sign in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Your choices

You can change your account and podcasts at any time in Tailor. To get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account and everything in it, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We answer within 30 days.

Security

Connections to Tailor are encrypted, sign-in uses single-use links or Google, and access to our servers is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you.

Children

Tailor is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly keep information about them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change matters, we tell you by email before it applies.
