Tailor

Terms of service

Last updated October 15, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Napoleon Labs LLC, a Florida company (“we”), which runs Tailor (tailor.fm). By using Tailor you agree to them. Our privacy policy says how we handle your information.

The service

Tailor makes podcasts for you: you describe a show, and AI researches, writes and voices its episodes. We may change, add or remove features, and stop the service, with notice where we reasonably can.

Your account

AI-made content

Episodes, lessons, hosts, voices and covers are made by AI from what you ask for and from material on the web. They can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, and the hosts are not real people. Do not rely on Tailor for medical, legal, financial, safety or other professional advice, and check anything important against the original sources.

What you can do with it

Episodes are for your own personal listening. You may share them with friends, but you may not sell them or present them as journalism or as the words of real people. Stories in your episodes come from other publishers, who keep their rights.

What you may not do

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and pause its podcasts.

Your content

What you write (descriptions, topics, host details) stays yours. You give us permission to use it, and to send it to the services named in our privacy policy, in order to run Tailor for you.

Price

Tailor is free for now. We may introduce paid plans; if we do, we will show their price and terms before you pay, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Ending

You can stop using Tailor at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. We may end your access under these terms. The sections on AI-made content, disclaimers, liability and law continue after that.

Disclaimers

Tailor is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted service, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Napoleon Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost data or profits, and our total liability for any claim about Tailor is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Florida, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If a change matters, we tell you by email before it applies; using Tailor after that means you accept the new terms.
